4. Data Retention
We store your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined above.

Guest records: Guest data is stored for one year after departure for possible follow-up questions and then deleted.

Accounting records: According to Swedish law (Bokföringslag), payment receipts and accounting documents must be kept for seven years. After this period, the data is securely deleted.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete (“right to be forgotten”), restrict processing, and request data portability of your personal data.
